We love partnering with educators to shape our future civic-minded leaders! From themed classroom parties to school calendar initiatives and more—we provide you with fun service projects that align with your preschool and elementary school’s learning standards. Through our Anywhere Projects, as well as our Kindness Corps Program, we offer dozens of flexible, authentic, age-appropriate volunteer opportunities for your students to connect with and impact their community.
At Seeds of Caring, we love to work with groups of kids and their caring grown-ups to make the world a kinder, more connected place! Whether after-school clubs, religious education groups, country clubs, daycare centers, and more—we inspire your group to make a real difference in their community with convenient group service project opportunities.
Check out our Anywhere Projects, as well as our Kindness Corps Program, to see what works best for your group.
Our Anywhere Projects make it easy for you to volunteer as a group—any time, anywhere! Whether packing sack lunches for hungry neighbors, conducting a winter clothing drive, or creating Brown Like Me Care Kits to combat systemic racism and promote equal representation—these group service projects provide you with guided learning discussions and activity instructions needed to help your group of kids better understand critical challenges in their community and make a difference locally.
While our activity guides are appropriate for most children ages 2-12, grown-ups are invited to modify the discussion as needed for kids on the upper or lower end of our stated age range. See a sample Anywhere Project here.
Although each and every one of our Anywhere Projects are open to group participation of any number, look for the green “Group Friendly” icon on our events page for opportunities that are low-cost and great for groups!
Our Kindness Corps program invites student groups in grades 2-4 to use their hearts, hands, and minds to reflect and take action on a variety of community needs. Children grow in kindness, empathy, and leadership as they work together on group service projects benefiting local nonprofits. This program includes a step-by-step curriculum and all needed program supplies. Perfect for classrooms, after-school programs, scout troops, and kindness clubs. Learn more about our school year program below!
If these group volunteer options don't meet your group's needs, please contact us to discuss how we can best support your involvement with Seeds of Caring.
